Jeju Air is South Korea's first and largest low-cost carrier, founded in 2005 and headquartered in Jeju City. It operates domestic and international services primarily across Northeast and Southeast Asia.
The airline maintains main operational bases at Incheon International Airport and Jeju International Airport, with a uniform Boeing 737 fleet enabling operational simplicity and cost efficiency.
Jeju Air went public on the Korea Stock Exchange in 2015 and has steadily expanded its international network to destinations in Japan, China, Southeast Asia, and Guam, competing with other South Korean LCCs such as Jin Air and T'way Air.
