Citilink is an Indonesian low-cost carrier and a wholly owned subsidiary of Garuda Indonesia, the national flag carrier. Originally established in 2001 and rebranded as a fully independent low-cost subsidiary in 2012, Citilink focuses on the budget domestic market within Indonesia as well as selected international routes in Southeast Asia.
Operating from bases at Jakarta's Soekarno–Hatta and Surabaya's Juanda Airport, the airline competes with Lion Air Group carriers for Indonesian domestic passengers. Its operations complement Garuda Indonesia's full-service offering by targeting price-sensitive travellers.
Citilink maintains an all-Airbus narrowbody fleet of A320 family aircraft, providing standardised operations and enabling cost efficiencies across its network of Indonesian cities and regional international destinations.
