Hainan Airlines is a major Chinese carrier founded in 1993, headquartered in Haikou on Hainan Island. It grew rapidly under the HNA Group conglomerate to become the fourth-largest airline in China, known for its premium service standards and multiple Skytrax five-star ratings.
